The arm of the truck crane is divided into a straight arm truck crane and a folding arm truck crane. In general, jib cranes are more expensive than tonnage jib cranes. The advantage of the truck-mounted crane is that it has good maneuverability and rapid transfer. It can integrate lifting and transportation functions, improve resource utilization, and the price is much cheaper than the car crane. The disadvantage is that the legs must be used during work, and it is not suitable for working on a large slope, soft or muddy site, and the lifting performance is not comparable to that of a car crane. The truck crane can be loaded with various types of grasping aids, such as wooden grabs , hanging baskets, brick fixtures, drilling tools, etc., to achieve multi-scene operations. Components and uses of the truck crane
1, the boom
The boom is telescopic through a hydraulic cylinder, and the hook pulley is suspended from the top of the boom. 
2, load indicator
The load indicator indicates the total rated load of the vehicle chassis under no-load conditions for various boom lengths and boom angles.
3, hoisting mechanism
The hoisting mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor and lifts or lowers the weight through a wire rope.
The column supports the boom, the hoisting mechanism and the luffing cylinder and is driven by the slewing system.
5, the swing system
The slewing system generally includes a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic reduction gear box, etc., to rotate the column.
6, the frame base
The pedestal is mounted directly on the chassis of the car, supporting the uprights and outriggers. 
7, hydraulic tank
The hydraulic oil tank accommodates the hydraulic oil dedicated to the truck crane and functions as a heat sink and a sedimentation filter.
8, the leg joystick
The leg lever is used to control the telescopic movement of the left and right leg cylinders.
9, the leg cylinder
During the operation of the crane, in order to stabilize the vehicle, the outrigger cylinder is extended to the ground to improve the operational stability of the truck crane.
10, the speaker
For lifting operations, alert personnel within the scope of the work.
11, accelerator joystick
The accelerator joystick is used to adjust the speed and output power of the engine to meet the hoisting needs.
12, swing joystick
The slewing lever is used to control the slewing mechanism to make the column and the boom rotate left and right.
13, the variable amplitude joystick
The variable amplitude joystick is used to control the telescopic movement of the variable amplitude cylinder to achieve the height control of the boom.
14, hoisting joystick
The hoisting lever is used to control the hoisting mechanism (lifting or lowering the weight).
15, hoisting joystick
The telescopic joystick is used to control the movement of the telescopic cylinder, and the telescopic pulley frame is used for telescopic control of the boom.
The PTO rod (power lever) is used to control the power output and cutoff of the engine to the truck crane.
17, variable amplitude cylinder
The slewing cylinder is an actuator that moves the boom up or down.
18, hook pulley block
By increasing or decreasing the upper pulley, the conversion of the winding magnification is realized, and the heavy object is directly hooked.
19, wire rope
The output torque of the reel is transmitted to the hook.
20, over the volume alarm device
When the hook pulley approaches the top of the boom, the over-the-counter alarm automatically signals an alarm. This prevents the wire rope from overwinding. The most advanced over-rolling alarm device is the solar wireless anti-winding device equipped with the standard crane such as Hongchang Tianma. 
21, the rear leg
Installed at the rear of the rear axle of the vehicle and connected to the girders to further improve the stability of the vehicle.
