Working principle of hydraulic winch
The oil is used as the working medium, and the movement is transmitted by the change of the sealing volume, and the power is transmitted by the pressure inside the oil.
1. Power part-convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy (hydraulic energy) of the oil, for example: hydraulic pump.
2. Execution part-convert the oil pressure energy input by the hydraulic pump into mechanical energy that drives the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor.
3. Control part-used to control and adjust the pressure, flow and flow direction of oil, for example: pressure control valve, flow control valve and directional control valve.
4. Auxiliary part-connect the previous three parts together to form a system that functions as oil storage, filtration, measurement and sealing. For example: pipelines and joints, fuel tanks, filters, accumulators, seals and control instruments.
ST series hydraulic winch is composed of cycloid motor, planetary gear reducer, brake, etc. It adopts thread connection to the steel structure frame, and is equipped with safety control systems such as shuttle valve and balance valve. Its compact structure and small space occupation are suitable for various lifting and traction equipment such as ships, docks and automobiles.
As far as various hydraulic winches, hydraulic winch mechanisms or various hydraulic lifting devices are concerned, there is no essential difference, only the difference between the reduction ratio and the braking torque.
Delta requires high cleanliness of the system and requires high pressure of the system, otherwise the performance of the motor cannot be fully exerted. When the system cleanliness is poor, the high-speed motor is easy to die.
